Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the campground was quite disappointing, especially given my past experiences. While some sections might have potential, the area I was in felt unsafe and poorly maintained. The clean bathrooms were a redeeming factor, but overall the facilities and environment left a lot to be desired. I don't think I would recommend this place to families, and I won't be returning myself.
My stay at the park hotel brought a mix of experiences. I enjoyed the spacious sites, which offered good access and parking, but I found the overall amenities lacking. The poor cell phone service and unheated pool were definite downsides. Despite these issues, the staff did their best to accommodate our needs.
Pio Pico offers a pleasant experience with clean accommodations and responsive maintenance staff. The large campground allows for enjoyable walks and activities like pickleball. However, limited cell service can be a downside, and some sites appeared to need better upkeep. Overall, it's a nice option for those looking to escape into nature and meet fellow campers.
My experience at the campground was a mix of challenges and joys. While it provided a nice escape for summer vacationers, I faced several issues with communications and amenities. The lack of reliable cell coverage and poor Wi-Fi made it difficult to stay connected, which was frustrating. However, I enjoyed the natural surroundings and had a good time despite these setbacks.
This park is unfortunately a letdown, with terrible facilities and unhelpful staff. The lack of amenities and internet access is frustrating, especially in an emergency. The location feels unsafe due to the presence of long-term residents and neglected pets. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless major changes are made.
